This place is joke! Do not go there if you want some peace and quiet where you can get your thoughts together and pray.
I went to this place at midnight on Sunday expecting exactly that, peace and quiet, to pray, but as I walked in there was music playing so loud, light so bright ! immediately I got headache! Also you'd expect there would people pray as well, but nooo they had a lot of people sitting around with laptop doing whatever, talking on the phone!
house of prayer that opens 24 hours? more like only bar in town open after midnight on sunday!

I usually do not dress up. I dress very casual. I decided one day I felt like wearing dress and wanted to look nice. I wore some costume jewelry along with a simple blue dress. It was right above my knees and had two layers. A solid blue on the bottom with a lace fabric placed over it. Mind you this dress was not tight fit, or at all revealing. I was amazed of how many unwelcome, and dirty looks that SEVERAL women gave me there. They would not speak to me. I did not expect this type of behavior from a church. It was like walking down a hall of a swarm of "mean girls" I don't know if this is just the culture of this church. Maybe its more acceptable to dress down or casual there. Regardless it shouldn't matter. Just like any church remember they are still people and you need to guard your heart.

  • 24 hour worship and prayer. How can you not love being in the life-changing Presence of God who dwells in the hearts of His people.

  • I LOVE IHOP Atlanta! The people are always friendly. The atmosphere makes it very easy to go deep in God. The pastors lead well and don't just talk the talk, but you can see it in the way they interact with us and you can see it in their kids. Also, the internship is A++ and they took a leap of faith and offered it tuition-free. I can't say enough about how wonderful IHOP Atlanta is. I'm so thankful to have such an awesome community. My husband and I have been very blessed as we prepare to move to Thailand for mission work with human trafficking abolition and prostitution. We will always call IHOP Atlanta one of our homes.
